ABOUT THE ARTWORK & ARTIST:

During lockdown, drawing in my car then going home and interpreting local subjects became an addictive pastime. I felt as if I was going out to see what I could catch (other than the virus). I’ve had at least 45 exhibitions and my paintings are held in corporate and private collections in different countries. I feel blessed to have had a life of creation, learning and teaching. 

 

Born in Sydney in 1942, Judy Lane studied at the Julian Ashton Art School in Sydney where she later taught. She has exhibited throughout the Sydney area.
