About the Artwork
Walking with others, sharing stories, in awe of the surrounds, looking up, feeling small. Absolute magic, this feeling of being so lucky as with smiling faces we walk on. This painting was a joy to work on, and took much longer than usual.
 
About the Artist
Watercolours allow Fiona to delve into the intrigue and awe of her environment. She reminds us to seek out simplicity — a rock, a wave, a landscape — because here is complexity, depth and joy. Fiona has exhibited widely and co-founded Sydney Road Gallery in Seaforth with fellow artists.
