About the Artwork
I strive to convey the light as well as the special qualities of our environment that need to be protected. The contrast of large fuel tankers with the scale of the maritime workshops in a bushland setting along a pristine marine environment, typifies the unique beauty of Sydney Harbour.

About the Artist
The harbour and coast are the chief inspiration for Nick’s work as an urban designer and artist. Nick has exhibited at Gallery East, Clovelly since 2000; Dickerson Gallery in 2024 and 2025; Manly Art Gallery and Museum in 2017 and in 2020. He worked at the Sydney Harbour Federation Trust.
