About the Artwork
I express my everyday life on canvas, consistently trying to express a richness of painterly expression, exploring new ways to apply textures, layers, bold colours and shapes that don’t compete but play with each other. 
 
About the Artist
Sandra is an abstract expressionist painter and art teacher who moved to Australia from the US in the early 1970s and fell in love with the colour and light living by the water in Sydney. Her works incorporate complex shapes, colours and marks that create a textural quality.
