About the Artwork
This painting is a quiet conversation between childhood relics - storybook mugs that once lived at the back of a cupboard, rediscovered and reunited. The bunnies feel like echoes of a simpler world. By linking the two cups with teabags, I wanted to suggest a moment of connection - an invisible dialogue suspended between them.

About the Artist
In her still life painting practice, Sarah is drawn to vintage tableware and fabrics as well as sentimental objects that draw on feelings of nostalgia. Her overall artwork style is achieved through fine detail and traditional painting methods of fine layers and glazes to create a reflective piece of artwork.
